Ryan Sandison Montgomery is an artist and educator whose work has recently been featured in Artnet, Whitehot Magazine, Glasstire, and The Austin Chronicle. He holds an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a BFA from Pratt Institute, and spent over a decade working in window display in Manhattan.
Montgomery’s work was recently included in the 2024–25 Texas Biennial in Houston, and was part of the 2025 Marfa Invitational. He curated Green Light District: Consent, Control, and the Prompt at Goodluckhavefun Gallery, Dec 2025 - Feb 2026. His work was included in Moving Image II by Recspec Projects at Hyperreal Film Club May 2026.
